Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged a $30 late cancellation fee. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show" and will be charged a missed appointment fee in the amount of their service.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your Esthetician will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your Esthetician and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
Groupon, Seize the Deal or Living Social VouchersAppointments are subject to availability, please have the courtesy of not waiting until the last minute to schedule an appt. The deal expires on the given expiration date (no exceptions) however the value of the voucher can be applied towards any service or Gift Certificate purchase ONLY after the expiration date. You need to present the voucher either printed out or on your phone to be redeemed at the time of your appt, if not your appt. will need to be rescheduled. Late cancellation fee of up to $30 up to value of your voucher and no-show fee will be forfeiture of your voucher.
Payment Options: I accept Visa, Master Card, Debit Cards, Checks and Cash. Returned checks are subject to a $35 return check fee.
Gift Certificates: Gift Certificates are non-refundable and must be presented at time of service. They are guaranteed for purchase dollar value as service prices may change without notice. They have a year expiration.
Cell Phones: Please turn off or put on vibrate so not to be disturbed during your treatment.
Referrals: I love referrals! When you refer someone to me they will receive 15% off a service of their choice (excluding eye brow, lip or chin waxing) and you will receive 15% off your next treatment. Referral cards are provided for you to pass on, please be sure to write your name on the back of the card
Gratuities: Gratuities are not included in prices and are greatly appreciated.
